​Accommodations

The recommended hotel for participants is The K-Hotel Seoul, as multiple meeting events will be held onsite. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodations, unless otherwise discussed. If KAST has agreed to cover your travel expenses, do not make your own reservations, but instead contact hrnetwork@nas.edu directly. The reservation information is below.

Pricing

KAST has secured a special price of $150 a night, including breakfast, or $120 a night without breakfast, for our event. To ensure you receive this special price, please complete the attached reservation form and submit it to the hotel via fax or email.

Please note: Participants must make reservations no later than June 30, 2018. After this date, the number of available rooms will be very limited. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid credit card to keep on file. Guests will pay upon checkout.

Travel to Seoul, South Korea

If flying into Seoul Incheon Airport (ICN)

  • From the airport, it is recommended that participants use the airport bus service. Participants are advised to take the 6500 airport bus, which will drop them off at the K-Hotel. The bus will take approximately 80 minutes from airport to hotel. More information on the bus service, including the cost, pick-up information, and alternative routes, can be found on the K-Hotel information page.

  • Participants may also take a taxi directly from the airport to the K-Hotel, with an expected duration of approximately one hour.

If flying into Gimpo International Airport (GMP)

  • Participants can take a taxi or use the subway system. Both options take approximately one hour. A subway map is available on the official South Korean tourism site. More information can be found on the K-Hotel information page.
